Access by Train

From Shinjuku Station (JR, Tokyo Metro, Toei Subway, Private Lines): Take the Odakyu Line local train, get off at Sangubashi Station (7 min walk).

From Yoyogi-Koen Station (Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line): 10 min walk.

Access by Bus

From Shinjuku Station West Exit: Take Keio Bus Shuku 51 bound for Shibuya Station, get off at Yoyogi 5-chome (1 min walk).

• Group registration is not available.
• Members must complete their membership fee payments prior to registration; otherwise, member pricing will not apply.
• This meeting is eligible for 4 certification renewal credits.
• Students must present a valid student ID. Without it, non-member fees will apply.
• Students attending via streaming must submit their student ID in advance (instructions will be emailed after registration).
• Students graduating in March 2026 should contact the secretariat in advance.
• Graduate students (dentists/medical doctors) must register under the same category as licensed practitioners.
