懇親会申し込み方法 -How to Register for the Social Gathering-
第12回APMへの参加をお申込みいただくと、受付完了メールが届きます。
メールには「第12回APMマイページ」のログイン情報が記載されておりますので、ログインをお願いいたします。
「第12回APMマイページ」にログインいただくと、懇親会のお申込みが可能です。
After registering for the 12th APM, you will receive a registration confirmation email.
The email will include your login information for the “12th APM My Page.” Please use this information to log in.
Once you have logged in to the “12th APM My Page,” you can register for the social gathering.
ログインIDとパスワードはお申込み時にお送りしたメールをご確認ください。
Please refer to the email sent to you after registration for your login ID and password.
キャンセルについて -Cancellation Policy-
誠に恐れ入りますが、キャンセルはお受けいたしかねます。
ご入金後のご返金もいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted.
Refunds cannot be provided after payment has been made. We kindly ask for your understanding and appreciate your cooperation.

Please check the automatic confirmation email sent after registration. The email includes a URL where you can download your receipt.
注意事項 -Notes-
- 複数人まとめてのお申込はできかねます。
- 会員の方は現在までの会費の納入をお願い申し上げます。納入が確認できない方は会員価格でのご参加はできかねます。
お支払状況を確認の上、会費の未納があった際は別途ご案内いたします。 - 学生の方は学生証を事前に提出していただく必要がございます。お申し込みいただいた後、事務局よりメールをお送りいたします。
- Registration must be completed individually. Group registration is not available.
- Members are required to have paid all membership fees due to date. Those whose payment cannot be confirmed will not be eligible for the member registration rate. We will check your payment status and contact you separately if any unpaid membership fees are found.
- Students are required to submit a valid student ID in advance. After you complete your registration, the Secretariat will contact you by email regarding the submission.
